Reaching out for therapy often happens when life feels heavier than expected—when you’ve been strong for a long time, feel misunderstood, or notice patterns that no longer serve you. I offer a warm, intuitive, and grounding space where you don’t need perfect words to feel understood. Clients often describe my presence as perceptive, compassionate, and supportive, with a focus on both insight and practical change.
I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) and a Clinical Therapist and Clinical Coordinator with Counselling for All & Health and Wellness Professionals. I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (Honours) from Yorkville University and am a professional member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association.
My therapeutic approach is humanistic and client-centred, integrating evidence-based and trauma-informed modalities such as CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, mindfulness, and strengths-based practice. I also incorporate intuitive and culturally responsive perspectives for clients who appreciate a holistic, mind–body–spirit approach. I pay close attention to both what is spoken and unspoken, supporting emotional clarity, grounding, and self-trust.
I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, emotional overwhelm, self-worth concerns, relational challenges, and life transitions. I welcome clients from diverse backgrounds, including those accessing counselling through EAP, community, or government-supported programs.
If you’re looking for therapy that feels attuned, compassionate, and empowering, I would be honoured to support you.
